Taylor Swift lyrics are usually pretty darn great. I've been listening to a lot of her music lately. Keep in mind, that I like the lyrics, not her :)

Haha. I've always loved this song. There has been a time or two where this is applicable, however, not currently. And just barely discovered the music vid. Super great.

I don't mind her voice in this one. It's mellowish.  But I do enjoy this song.

I just love and adore this song.

Sometimes, I am just plain happy. Sometimes, I just can't help but smile. Sometimes, I use the word incredible to describe someone over and over again, because that is the only word applicable.

Since when...?

I cannot believe it is already the middle of February. Insanity at best. Time is flying by so quickly, and I don't know if I'm okay with that. I am enjoying everything that is going on right now, and it doesn't seem like I have enough time to enjoy it all. Even when I am so busy and don't have time to think straight, I can count about a billion things that I have enjoyed each and every day. There are so many good moments. SO many incredible memories have taken place this semester. I have had so much fun, and yet I am doing better than last semester in my harder classes.
I am really excited to see all of the incredible things that my life has yet to offer. I know that if I continue to do everything that my Heavenly Father asks of me, then I will continue to have happiness. I may still have times of hardship and trial, but they will be so much easier to get through. Matthew 17:20 "...If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed... nothing shall be impossible unto you."

Also, along with the happiness, who knew the power of a positive attitude?! It's incredible! And lately my favorite word is incredible. My best friend Miranda told me the other day that I use that to describe everything lately. But, hey, it's incredible! :)

Valentine's Day

I've never been a fan of this day. Not because I don't have someone to give me nice things, but because I think that when two people are in love, they should show it every single day. Any kind of love that is real is shown every single day in the little things, not once or twice a year with the huge things. It is still great to receive things on V-Day and to further affirm ones feelings, but it should also be done every single day.
Someday, when I am married to the man of my dreams, I hope that he will surprise me with great things on random insignificant days. To show that he loves me every day, not just on Valentine's Day.
However, I would like to say how much I love my family! They are incredible. Since I won't be at home until this weekend, my sweet mom sent me a picture of my Valentine's card that she made me. I love that every single time we hang up the phone, we always tell each other that we love each other. So that we can't ever say we didn't know it. I talked to my dad on the phone last night after class, and although I don't talk to him as much as my mom, it is always really nice to just chat with him. He is an incredible man, and I love him! My sister is most definitely the best sister I could have ever asked for. She has always let me hang out with her friends and has always been there for me. She always inspires me to never be ashamed of who I am, and to be my own person. I love her, and am so glad that we have become a lot better friends over the years.

Emotions

Do you ever have those days that you are just so full of emotion?
The past few have been that way for me.
There is so much going on in life that sometimes it is hard to keep up.

Someday I will know what the my future consists of.
But until then, Applied Calculus exam here I come.

Regardless..

Regardless of how busy my life has been lately, I am so happy. Everything seems to be kinda sorta falling into place, and I couldn't be happier. College is really hard, and the homework and studying never seem to end, but I might possibly be enjoying it. There is something about this semester that is so much different than last semester. I have some ideas of why: 1) my attitude and 2) certain boys. Last semester once I got stressed out I let myself be a basket case, so I always was. This semester is completely different. I have stress, but it is good stress that is helping me get everything accomplished. My classes are kicking my butt, however, somehow I am pulling through and doing better than last semester. And, I'm having a great time. Some of my favorite things lately are:

1. To do lists! :)

3. Returned missionaries! (well, some of them..)

4. My best friends

6. Staying busy.

As much as I hate Taylor Swift, I love this song..

 

I've heard it on the radio about 7 times today, and I keep pressing repeat on youtube. I have no idea why I love it, I just do. "Don't you worry your pretty little mind, people throw rocks at things that shine. And life makes love look hard."

ps. I love when I've got someone on my mind when I listen to certain songs. I also love when there are new things that have yet to be decided. It can go anywhere, and I can't wait to see where this will take us! :)
